BETEL LEAF WRAPPED BEEF/PORK ROLLS WITH FRESH NOODLES

The meat is marinated for 15 minutes before being rolled into betel leaves. After the cooking process, the Betel Leaf Rolls retain the moisture inside the meat, ensuring it remains succulent, with a rich combination of meat flavor and the fragrance of betel leaves. This dish is served with rice or wrapped in rice paper along with various herbs and noodles, accompanied by either sweet and sour red dipping sauce or chili sauce, depending on the diner's preference.
